How to Consign




Accessories and Household Items

  • The receiving desk is located at the double glass doors on the west side of the building.
  • Items are accepted Monday-Thursday during business hours.
  • Please provide a list of your items and allow our team 15 minutes to screen them.

Furniture or Large Accessory Items

  • Please submit photos for evaluation and include your name, phone number, and address.  You will receive a response from Kim within 48 hours regarding approval.

Pick-up Service

  • We offer pick-up services and Kim will provide a quote during the approval process.              
  • The fee is deducted from the consignor’s account.


No Friday or Saturday pick-ups or drop-offs without approval!


Beginning of Contract Terms



  • Kim sets all prices.
  • 90-day contract term.
  • Consignment split is 50% of selling price.
  • Kim may reduce items up to 30% from the original price to get the item sold during the 90 days.
  • Items retrieved prior to the end of the 90-day contract are subject to a 20% fee.


  • Payment is processed the month following the sale of a consigned item.
  • A check and an activity statement will be available for pickup on the 15th of each month.
  • Newburgh and Evansville consignors are considered local and must pick up checks in-store.
  • Checks left beyond one year will be void and funds will be forfeited to Kim’s.
  • Out-of-Town Consignor checks will be mailed on the 25th of each month.
  • Checks are cut for consignor accounts with a $20+ credit balance. A balance less than $20 will roll to the following month.  A final payout for less than $20 can be processed in cash.
  • Consignors are responsible for checking their account month-to-month.  
  • Please stop in, send a text, make a phone call, or send us an email for inquiries.
  • We do NOT call when an item sells.


End of Contract Terms


Accessories and Household Items

  • Consignors planning to pick-up unsold items must call prior to the 90th day to make an appointment.
  • Kim’s will NOT call consignors regarding expired Accessory items.
  • Items left beyond 90 days will be subject to donation.

Furniture or Large Accessory Items

  • Consignors will be contacted when Kim feels the item has been exhausted for sale.
  • Consignor will be given the option of donation service or to pick up items within 7 days.
  • Help must be made to pick up furniture. If you need assistance, call ahead to make those arrangements.
  • Furniture not picked up will be subject to donation.
